This comfortable and homely furnished holiday home is located in a green environment just outside the typical Provençal village of Cotignac. The house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and is ideal for a family. The fenced and heated private swimming pool and the large fenced garden with olive and fig trees create a relaxing atmosphere for a well-deserved holiday.

This child-friendly house is equipped with a children’s bed and chair. In addition, there is a playground and a jeu-de-boule court for entertainment. The spacious garden with covered terrace and barbecue also has an outdoor kitchen. In the house is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

Cotignac, which is only around 2.5 km away, has charming squares and fountains and is situated at the foot of an overhanging cliff. You can start your day wonderfully here with a coffee and a croissant. This region is perfect to discover the variety of the Var, which stretches from seaside resorts such as Saint-Tropez to the green heart of the Provence, characterised by beautiful nature and interesting sights. The well-known seaside resort Saint-Tropez, but also other cities such as Aix-en-Provence and Cannes, can be reached within an hour. But also a visit to the small villages such as Entrecasteaux with its beautiful castle, Sillans-la-Cascade with its impressive waterfalls or the market in Salernes are worthwhile.
