Héliport is a brasserie, but not quite, housed in a pretty little castle 10 kilometers from Liège. The ancient vaults dressed in an intimate decor are not lacking in character. The kitchen goes beyond the expansion of the brasserie kitchen. The recipes are traditional, but Frédéric Salpetier subtly reinterprets them.

Its pork thigh croquettes are deliciously creamy. Sweetbreads? You will taste them crunchy and the modern accompaniments will amplify their intensity. As for the sauces, they are simply sublime.
